On a Chromebook, camera and microphone access is controlled in Chrome. There is no separate computer setting.
1. Allow in Chrome

Open Muzie in Chrome.

Click the icon at the left end of the address bar, next to
app.muzie.live. -
Set Camera and Microphone to on. If Reset permission is shown, click it.

Reload the page.

If Chrome asks to allow the camera and microphone, click Allow.
If Camera and Microphone are not listed: click ⋮ (top right of Chrome) → Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Camera, and allow app.muzie.live. Repeat for Microphone.

2. School-managed Chromebooks
If the Chromebook was provided by a school, the school's administrator may have blocked camera or microphone access. If the steps above do not show a Camera or Microphone option, contact the school.
3. Check it worked in Muzie
On the screen where you choose your devices, click refresh. Select your camera and microphone. You should see yourself, and the level bar under the microphone moves when you talk.
If the school will not unblock it: use a different device for the lesson where that is possible — a home computer, a tablet or a phone — because a school-managed Chromebook can keep the camera and microphone blocked whatever you change in Chrome.
