Firefox and Windows each control camera and microphone access separately. Both must allow it.
1. Allow in Firefox

Open Muzie in Firefox.

Click the permissions icon at the left end of the address bar, next to
app.muzie.live. -
If Camera or Microphone shows Blocked, click the x beside it to clear the block.

Reload the page (F5).

When Firefox asks to allow the camera and microphone, click Allow.
If no prompt appears: right-click an empty part of the page, choose View Page Info, then Permissions. Under Use the Camera, untick Use default and choose Allow. Repeat under Use the Microphone. Close the panel and reload the page.
2. Allow in Windows

Open Settings (Start menu → gear icon).

Click Privacy & security, then Camera. (On Windows 10: Privacy, then Camera.)

Turn Camera access on.

Turn Let desktop apps access your camera on. Browsers count as desktop apps.

Go back and repeat for Microphone.

3. Check it worked in Muzie
On the screen where you choose your devices, click refresh. Select your camera and microphone. You should see yourself, and the level bar under the microphone moves when you talk.
On an iPad or iPhone, use iPad & iPhone (any browser) instead — these steps do not apply there.
