Check the microphone button in the bottom left of the lesson is not muted.

Open Device Settings, select the microphone you are using, and click Save.
On the screen where you choose your devices before joining, a level bar sits under the microphone. Talk or play. If the bar moves, your microphone is working.
If the level bar does not move, or no microphones are listed
Your browser is not passing the microphone to Muzie.

If a message asks to allow the camera and microphone, click Allow.

If there is no message, open the page for your browser and computer and follow it top to bottom: Chrome on a Mac · Safari on a Mac · Firefox on a Mac · Edge on a Mac · Chrome on Windows · Firefox on Windows · Edge on Windows · iPad & iPhone (any browser) · Android · Chromebook · Muzie App (installed)

Back on the device screen, click refresh. The microphone appears in the dropdown once access is allowed.
