On an iPad or iPhone, camera and microphone permissions are in the Settings app — not inside the browser. This applies to every browser, including Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
1. Allow in Settings

Open the Settings app (grey gear icon).

Scroll down and tap the browser you use for Muzie — Safari, Chrome, or another.

Turn on Camera and Microphone. In Safari these are set to Allow; in other browsers they are switches.

Go back to the browser and reload the Muzie page.
2. If Muzie asks again
When the page asks to use the camera and microphone, tap Allow.
3. Check it worked
On the screen where you choose your devices, tap refresh. Select your camera and microphone. You should see yourself, and the level bar under the microphone moves when you talk.
