The installed Muzie app has no address bar at the top. If you see an address bar showing app.muzie.live, you are in a browser tab instead — use the guide for your browser.
On a computer (Mac or Windows)

In the Muzie app window, click the three dots in the top corner.

Click App info.

Click Settings.

Turn on Camera and Microphone.

Close and reopen the Muzie app.
On a Mac, the computer must also allow the browser the app was installed from: open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and Microphone, and turn on the browser (for example Google Chrome). On Windows, open Settings → Privacy & security → Camera and turn on Let desktop apps access your camera; repeat for Microphone.
On an iPad or iPhone (home-screen app)
The home-screen app takes its permissions from the Settings app, the same as the browser. Follow Allow Camera & Microphone — iPad & iPhone (any browser), and tap Allow when the app asks.
On Android

Open the Settings app.

Tap Apps, then Muzie.

Tap Permissions.

Set Camera and Microphone to Allow.
Check it worked
On the screen where you choose your devices, click refresh. Select your camera and microphone. You should see yourself, and the level bar under the microphone moves when you talk.
