If others cannot see you

Click the camera button in the lesson and check Mute Video is off.

In the same menu, click Switch Camera and select the camera you are using. If you have more than one, the wrong one may be selected.

Open Device Settings, select the camera, and click Save.
Hide Self only hides your video from you. Others still see you.
On the screen where you choose your devices before joining, you should see yourself. If you do not, the camera is not connected to Muzie — continue below.
If there is no self-view, or no cameras are listed
Your browser is not passing the camera to Muzie.

If a message asks to allow the camera and microphone, click Allow.

Back on the device screen, click refresh. The camera appears in the dropdown once access is allowed.
If you cannot see the other person
Their camera is off or not connected on their side. They follow the steps above on their device. In a group lesson, the request camera icon in tools → participants asks a student to turn their camera on.
