Using Meeting Links To Join A Lesson (Students)

This guide walks you through joining your lesson from a meeting link, including entering your display name, adding any required password, choosing your camera, microphone, and speakers, and waiting to be admitted if your classroom uses a waiting room.

1. Copy & Paste your link into your browser

Room Access

2. Fill Out A Display Name

3. Optional** Add an Email

4. If room is password protected - Click "Have a password?"

5. Enter the password

6. Click Continue to join the room

7. If you are using a link outside of lesson time - you can enter offline to access lesson materials and shared resources

Device Setup

8. Select Your Camera

9. Select Your Mic

10. Select Your Speakers

11. Click "Join Classroom"

12. If there is a waiting room enabled - wait to be admitted
